About this Workshop

This workshop will focus on assembling the cake from start to finish, creating even layers, crumb coating/dirty icing. The colours of final icing, smoothing or texturing, floral decorating etc. will be left to you to freestyle with chocolates, flowers, gold paints and sprinkles with the guidance of Carissa, our teacher. If you want to bring specific themed bits and pieces along, you are more than welcome. Feel free to have an idea already planned out for your freestyle cake masterpiece! Everything that you require for the workshop will be supplied. You will take home a goodie bag with all the basic tools that you used on the day. Workshop duration: Approx. 3 hours. Price includes GST. Terms and Conditions *Due to COVID-19 all Flour and Frost workshops will be held at a spacious home kitchen in Gordon with small group numbers. If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of COVID-19 please do not come to the workshop and contact Carissa immediately to advise her of your absence.
